This template was easy for me to create: I did not. I simply use the excellent boost BOOST_FOREACH template and typedef'ed it to foreach naming convention!. At the time of writing boost does not include this template in the default library. I've stumbled on it by chance in a boost discussion forum. As the result my own ocfc library includes the header file and a wrapper until (hopefully) the template is accepted. For now you can download the source here.
